Vegetarian Chili – a combo of black, cannellini and ceci beans with corn and sweet potatoes
in a rich spicy broth.
Vegetarian Black Bean Soup – with Salsa and Creme Fraiche.
Side – Pickled Beets.
Super Chicken Salad! – Moist white meat chicken with chopped apples and creamy dressing
on whole wheat or salad
New Salad! Blue Cheese and Bacon – Crisp Happenchance Farm greens topped with crumbled bacon (Oscar’s Smokehouse of Warrensburg), chopped tomato, hardboiled egg and our homemade blue cheese dressing.
Vegetarian Blue Cheese Salad with local pears instead of bacon
