Breakfast

Pastries:

Apple-filled Scones
Muffins – Bran, Morning Glory or Corn Muffins

Breakfast Sundaes

Pompanuck Granola layered w/ vanilla poached pears, yogurt

Fritatta:

Sautėd mushrooms, steamed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onion, roasted red peppers, Taproots Farm eggs Battenkill Creamery milk, Cabot butter, sea salt and cracked pepper.

Lunch

Soups and Stews:

Vegetarian Cream of Asparagus or Round House Chili

Salads:

Good Egg Salad or Sandwich on a seeded Whole Wheat Bread with avocado and sprouts

House dressings: Lemon Parmesan, Maple Balsamic, Creamy Garlic, Italian
All dressings are homemade and gluten-free

Desserts:

Gluten Free
Quinoa Spice
Served with fresh whipped cream
